As little as 2 to 3 business days for most dates. For peak weeks (the lead-up to public holidays, end of quarter, December) we recommend 2 to 3 weeks. Tell us your ideal date and we will hold it while you confirm internally.
Plenty of our staff appreciation bookings are surprises. We coordinate with one point of contact (usually HR or the EA) and arrive quietly. If your office has secure parking or loading dock access, we can be set up before staff arrive.
Minimum 60 guests. The sweet spot is 60 to 300 with a single truck. For larger offices we deploy multiple trucks across our fleet of five cuisines so everyone gets variety and queues stay short.
We offer halal, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, and gluten-intolerant friendly options across the fleet. Tell us how many of each at enquiry and we will scope the right truck combinations. We have catered offices with 30%+ vegetarian or halal staff without issue.
Per-head pricing covers food, on-site staff, setup, pack-down, serving equipment, napkins, cutlery, public liability insurance, and a same-day GST tax invoice. There are no separate equipment fees or service charges. Travel may be included as a small line item for events outside Sydney metro.
