As early as you can. December dates fill up by mid-October most years, and the last two weeks of December are usually booked out by November. If your Christmas party date is fixed, enquire as soon as the budget is signed off.
Our trucks operate in all weather. We work with you upfront to agree on a setup that covers the serving window and the queue area. Most office venues have an undercover loading dock or atrium that works perfectly. For full outdoor events we recommend tying in a marquee, which most venue hire companies can supply.
Yes. For larger Christmas events we typically deploy two or more trucks from our fleet to cut queue times and give guests cuisine variety. Each truck brings its own staff, equipment, and self-sufficient power and water.
Our standard fleet menus stay the same year-round. We do not provide decoration or theming. We focus on doing one thing well: serving great food fast. We are happy to coordinate with your event stylist if you have one.
Minimum 60 guests. Our sweet spot is 60 to 300 guests with a single truck. Beyond 300 guests we recommend deploying multiple trucks. We have catered Christmas events of more than 2,000 people for clients including Woolworths.
