We have served events at Norwest and Bella Vista business parks, Parramatta CBD towers, Olympic Park venues and large warehouse sites across Western Sydney. We know the parking, the docks and the access protocols.

On private property with safe access and a flat spot, we are good to go. Public spaces like parks, reserves and footpaths are different: they need council approval first, so we cannot simply pull up on a public area and start serving. If you are not sure whether your spot needs a permit, just ask and we will help you sort it.
No travel surcharge for events inside Parramatta and the broader Western Sydney area. Quoted at our standard Sydney metro rate. For events further west towards the Blue Mountains or the Penrith fringe we may include a small travel line item, which we always make clear in the quote.

Yes. We have catered offices across the Parramatta CBD precinct, including towers along Macquarie Street, Church Street and the Parramatta Square business district. Our trucks fit standard loading docks, and we coordinate directly with building management for setup.
Minimum is 60 guests, and a single truck comfortably handles 60 to 600. For larger Western Sydney corporate events, above 500 or when you ask for it, we can add trucks across our fleet of six cuisines.
