We usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds depending on the menu, so 200 guests are served comfortably in a two hour reception window. No bottleneck at the bar, no half empty dance floor while people wait for food.
Both. Some couples book us for the full reception, others for a late night feed after the formal dinner. We are happy to scope either, and quite a few of our wedding clients use us for late night food as a fun second wave once the dancing kicks off.

Yes, and there is a page just for it. Engagement parties tend to be relaxed backyard or venue nights, and a truck suits them well. Same 60 guest minimum, same trucks, and plenty of couples book us for the engagement first and then again for the wedding.
Our trucks run in all weather. For fully outdoor weddings we agree a wet weather plan with you up front, which usually means tying a marquee in over the serving and queue area. Most wedding venues have this sorted already.
Minimum is 60 guests, and a single truck comfortably handles 60 to 600. For a larger guest list, or when you want more than one cuisine on the night, we can add a truck. We have catered weddings of up to 500.
