Both. Our trucks are entirely self-sufficient with their own power and water, so there is no venue dependency. We roll up to office car parks, rooftop venues, warehouses, parks and function spaces. If a truck can fit, we can serve there.

Yes, from a single truck. We usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds depending on the menu, so 200 guests over two hours are served comfortably without long queues. A single truck handles up to around 600. For larger numbers, above 500 or when you ask for it, we can add a truck to keep service brisk.
