A tenth work anniversary, a company birthday, a target the whole team hit together. A food truck lunch marks the moment properly, cooked fresh on site rather than another platter in the boardroom. From $18 per head plus GST, minimum 60 guests.

Some workplace occasions are worth stopping the day for. Someone's tenth year with the company. The business turning five. Hitting a target the whole team worked toward. A tray of sandwiches in the lunch room doesn't match the moment, and it's easy for a genuine milestone to slip past without much fanfare because nobody got around to organising something better.
A food truck pulling up outside gives the day a bit of occasion. People stop what they're doing, queue together, and there's a natural moment for a few words or a quick presentation before everyone eats. It's a low effort way to make a milestone actually feel like one.
We run four trucks across six cuisines: Birdman Korean fried chicken, American BBQ, Abu all halal snack packs and kebabs over the flame, Tex Mex tacos, Nillas Belgian frites and pizza, plus breakfast as an added offering. Pick the one that suits the crowd, and we'll build a varied menu within it so there's genuine choice on the day.
Dietary needs are covered without fuss. Every truck carries vegetarian and vegan options, and the snack pack truck is all halal. Snack packs are gluten free, with gluten free wraps on request, though our trucks handle gluten so zero cross contact can't be guaranteed. Browse the cuisines and let us know what fits.
We usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds, so there's time for speeches or a presentation without the queue eating the whole break.
Office car park or a hired venue with a flat spot, we bring our own power and water. No reliance on a venue kitchen.
A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests. We only add a second truck when you ask, or for bigger celebrations.
One all inclusive price and a clear GST tax invoice. We carry $20M public liability insurance, and there's no metro travel fee.
Pricing is simple and all inclusive: from $18 per head plus GST, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most milestone events land between $18 and $35 per head plus GST depending on the menu you choose. That one number covers the truck, the crew, setup and pack down, so there's nothing hidden waiting at the bottom of the invoice. There's no metro travel fee. Regional NSW carries a transparent travel component, and anything interstate is quoted case by case.
If the date is fixed around a specific anniversary, get it to us as early as you can. Send the date, headcount and rough location and a clear quote usually comes back within the hour. Private property is straightforward. Public or council land needs approval first, and since our trucks are council approved with many NSW councils, we help with that paperwork too.
Anything worth marking on the calendar. A team member's five or ten year work anniversary, the company's own founding anniversary, hitting a revenue target, opening a new site, an ISO or safety milestone, a record quarter. If it's a moment the business wants to stop and celebrate properly, a food truck lunch is a good way to do it.
Staff appreciation is a general thank you day, not tied to any specific event. This is built around a particular milestone: someone's tenth year, the company's fifth birthday, a target you hit as a team. The catering itself works the same way, we just frame the day, the signage and the run sheet around what's actually being celebrated.
We start from $18 per head plus GST, all inclusive, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most milestone events land between $18 and $35 per head plus GST depending on the menu. That covers the truck, the crew, setup and pack down, plus a clear GST tax invoice for finance. No surprise extras on the day.
Yes. Every truck carries vegetarian and vegan options, and everything on our snack pack truck is all halal. Snack packs are gluten free, with gluten free wraps on request, though our trucks handle gluten so zero cross contact can't be guaranteed. Send through the spread ahead of the day and the menu gets built around it.
Within reason, yes. Pick the cuisine that suits the crowd, and we'll talk through timing, signage space and how the truck sits alongside any speeches or presentations you're planning. It stays a working food truck service rather than a full event production, but the day can absolutely be built around your milestone.
Yes to both. On private property like your office car park, or a hired venue with safe access and a flat spot, we're good to go. Public or council land needs approval first, and since our trucks are council approved with many NSW councils, we help sort that paperwork too.
One to six weeks is typical, and earlier is better if the date is fixed around a specific anniversary that can't move. Send us the date, headcount and rough location and a clear quote usually comes back within the hour.
Tell us your date, your headcount and roughly where the day is happening. We'll send a clear, all inclusive quote, usually within the hour.
